Returns - C&H Robes

 

 

1) Product Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns

You may return any unused and unwashed merchandise if you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 30 days after the shipping date.

Except for product defects, you, the customer, are responsible for shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise.

Include your 4-digit Innkeepers Secrets Order # and a description of the problem with your shipment.

Ship returned items with delivery tracking to:

 Also, please send an e-mail to Steve Unger at innkeeper@lionrose.com to let him know that you have shipped the return.

A $7 restocking fee will be charged for each robe returned

  • Exchanges:
  • If you wish to exchange an item you need to return the item you already have (a Return) and then place a mew order for the desired item.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Except for product defects or incorrect shipments, you, the customer, pays for return shipping costs.

  • Limitations: Except for Product Defects, you cannot return a product that has been washed or used.

 

2) Product Defects or Incorrect Shipment:

  • Reporting the Issue: If you need to have a product replaced because of defect or because the wrong product was sent, please send an e-mail to Steve Unger at innkeeper@lionrose.com with the following information.
Customer's Name
Include the 4 digit Lion and the Rose Order Number
What is the nature of the issue? For example. A snag, tear or wrong color sent
Where is the location of the defect? For example, bottom left corner
What is the size of the defect? For example, 4" x 6"
If at all possible please e-mail a photo of the defect.
  • What Happens Next: Once the information listed above is received by the Lion and the Rose you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The information and photos you provide will be sent to Chadsworth & Haig.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Chadsworth & Haig will send you a return shipping label to return the defective item(s).
